With Recourse

This product is addressed to companies wishing to out-source the management of their trade receivables by entrusting them to a specialized operator and, prospectively, desiring to finance their working capital, particularly during expansion periods when turnover is increasing.

Through With-Recourse Assignment of Receivables transactions, UniCredit Factoring acquires the trade receivables claimed by the assignor company from its debtors, manages them with respect to administration and takes care of collection.

At the assignor’s request, UniCredit Factoring can advance the consideration relating to the assigned receivables, generally to an extent equivalent to a maximum 80% of the relevant amount.

In With-Recourse Assignment of Receivable transactions the insolvency risk pertaining to the debtors remains with the assignor.
